CAB have included advanced print head technology, with heating control for each individual print head. This means that depending on the material and image specifications you can provide each print head with a specific heat requirement. 

When the XD Q is only printing on the top side of your heatshrink tubing this is only using print head two, the printer automatically lifts print head one and an electromechanical brake stops the ribbon which prevents waste and extends the life of your printer ribbon.  

The XD Q comes with a separator built into the chassis, It increases feeding precision and accurately separates continuous material from a ribbon.

This is a brilliant solution for high-volume operations where you are frequently changing over the material as the transport roller can be pivoted, this allows for quick and easy material switches and helps to reduce production downtime.

The CAB XD Q not only comes with Cablabel S3 Viewer, which allows you to instantly preview your label design directly onto Windows Explorer and helps speed up your approval process. But also includes Cablabel S3 Lite, this is a user-friendly label design software developed by CAB. It allows you to easily add text, barcodes and graphics to your labels and provides a seamless way to create, edit and print. 

300 DPI: For materials as wide as 105.7 mm, ideal for detailed and large-format designs

600 DPI: For ultra-precise printing on slimmer materials up to 54.1 mm wide, ensuring every small detail is crisp and clear.
