As we wrap up another incredibly productive year, we want to share an overview of the major improvements, investments, and achievements made across the business. 2025 has been a year of growth, streamlining, and increased capability, all aimed at delivering better service, quality, and turnaround times for our customers.

Rebecca Davies - Managing Director

Lead Times on PVC Tubing Extrusion, Cutting & Printing

This year we continued to refine and optimise our production schedules. Our extrusion, cutting, and printing divisions have made strong improvements to maintain consistent lead times while supporting the growing demand.

 

Warehouse Transformation & Increased Stocking Capacity

A significant focus this year has been our full warehouse clean-up and reorganisation project.

This large-scale initiative was designed to streamline daily operations, improve product flow, and increase available storage.

As a result, we are now stocking more product lines than ever before, enhancing our ability to respond quickly to orders and minimise lead time fluctuations.

 

Major Investment: New Bespoke ERP System

One of the most impactful upgrades this year has been the implementation of our new fully bespoke ERP system.

 

This system connects all departments into a single integrated platform, helping us improve efficiency, communication, and accuracy across the business.

It is still evolving, and we have a roadmap of quarterly improvements planned to continuously refine how it supports our workflows.

Increased Picking Capabilities & Operational Flow

Customer demand has grown significantly this year, especially in our picking and dispatch areas.

 

Streamlining these processes has been a major challenge, but through improved layout design, updated procedures, and increased staffing, we now have a smooth, reliable operational flow that supports higher order volumes with accuracy and speed.

 

Printing Department Upgrade

We completed a full upgrade of our printing section, introducing state-of-the-art printers capable of handling the full spectrum of customer requirements, from small detailed prints on silicone tubing to large double-sided prints on heat shrink.

This investment ensures we can provide consistent, high-quality print finishes with more flexibility and capacity.

 

Team Growth

We’re pleased to have expanded our team this year, their roles and contributions have already added value to the business.

 

Julie Taylor - Purchasing Admin

Julie is assisting our ever growing Purchasing team and is a fantastic joyous addition to the group that gives admin support to all our staff in the procurement area.

 

Luke Hogan - Sales Executive

Driving sales enquiries to orders and maintaining our high standard of customer service, Luke is a great addition to our sales team and we are looking forward to seeing what else he brings to the sales team.

 

Dan Wardle - Marketing Executive

His knowledge of all things Marketing within various industries makes Dan and Hilltop the perfect match to drive our Brand forward and keeping ahead of the game. We can’t wait to see what Dan comes up with next.

 

Natasha Jones - Accounts Manager

Numbers is her forte and she comes with an abundance of professional experience, skills and accomplishments. Results driven with a keen eye on what we need to achieve with our growth going into 2026.
