The all new Leister Unifloor 500 fully automatic floor welder is a modern, updated version of the previous Unifloor E/S Models. Ideal for welding joints in resilient plastic floor coverings such as PVC, CV, PUR, antistatic ESD floors, and sealing joints in natural coverings made of linoleum and rubber.

Thanks to Leisters new design and advancements in technology, the Unifloor now incorporates Leisters Automatic Nozzle Positioning (ANP) system which is used to automatically rotate the Unifloor 500s hot air blower onto or off of the welding position by pressing the start button. This is a key difference, in the earlier E/S Unifloor models moving the nozzle into position was a manual task, hence now making this version a fully automatic flooring welder.

This machine is also available for Hire with an option to purchase the machine after the hire period. It can be hired with a small deposit and weekly payments. UK Delivery and Collection service available, price on request.

In addition to this, the Unifloor 500 incorporates a "Bounce Back" feature which prevents underheat underwelding. This is achieved by the nozzle not engaging fully if it has detected that it is not at the correct temperature and "bouncing back" up. This feature also works to prevent the burning of floor material when it detects that the machine has come to a stop. On idle, the nozzle will automatically move out and away from the floor to stop it scorching and burning the flooring material. The Automatic Nozzle Positioning (ANP) system is also integrated into an auto end stop feature, which is activated by a pressure switch on the front of the machine. When this pressure switch comes into contact with the end wall, it automatically triggers the ANP system to rotate the heat nozzle and hot air blower out and away from the floor to prevent damage.
