This foam cutting board is best utilised for vertical, diagonal or circular cuts of polystyrene; it is portable, lightweight, and strong. With a temperature up to 550°C, a big working table for convenient operation, foot switch for easy turning on/off makes this an industry-standard product for all sectors requiring polystyrene cuts.
The Styro Table Foam Cutter is utilised for vertical and diagonal cutting of polystyrene foams (EPS, XPS) or similar materials. It is used in the building, packing industry or in the architectural model construction sector. The aluminium profile frame and the wood board working table, with scales and angle marks, makes this cutter easy to use and easy to move due to the weight of the construction.
Temperature:
A constant current power supply heats the hot wire in 10 - 15 secs. to approx. 550°C (1022°F)
Cutting Circles:
For cutting circles, this styrofoam cutter table has got a nose, upon which you can lay the cutting materials. The nose can be adjusted and fixed for changing the angle. Thanks to the scale and angle marks, time-consuming marking of insulating slabs will be a thing of the past!
Foot Switch:
The Styrofoam Table Cutter can be operated only with the foot switch. The foot switch allows hands-free operation; this enables the operator to hold the styrofoam plate with both hands for easy cutting and operating.
