The new Leister UNIPLAN 510 is a powerful and highly versatile automatic welding machine designed to deliver outstanding results across a wide range of welding applications. Equipped with premium welding nozzles and advanced heating technology, it ensures faster heat-up times, improved efficiency, and exceptionally strong, clean welds. Built for demanding workloads, the UNIPLAN 510 helps you achieve superior quality while increasing productivity and reducing downtime.

Comes with an integrated weight section directly over the pressure wheel comes as standard on the UNIPLAN 510, as does the inclusion of 2 x 1.25kg. Also standard is a rotatable large handle for ease of lifting and guiding. A longer handle is available as an optional extra.

Front Wheel Bearing: Replacing the plastic bearing with a metal pin which is prone to faster wear and tear to a metal bearing and pin provides enhanced reliability. 

Improved Heating Element: Replacing the standard element, with a new ceramic heater design and upgraded wiring, which delivers higher thermal efficiency and greatly improved durability.

Wedge & Rear Wheels: From classic flat wedge with a single rear wheel (three point stance) to inclined wedge with two rear wheels and an extended axle which helps improve weight distribustion and stability.
