The Leister HEMTEK ST is a bench mounted hot-air welder specifically designed for hem welding from start to finish. It is portable enough to move from benchtop to benchtop and then securely fixing in place using the quick action table clamps. Whether sitting or standing Leisters new welding machine can be used at almost any work table.

It takes up very little space, can be set up quickly and is ready to weld as soon as it's assembled. This reduces downtime and allows you to get straight to work without complicated setup procedures.

Featuring a 30mm hem setup and tool-free adjustments, the HEMTEK ST also accommodates pole pockets up to 100mm and piping applications, making it a versatile and reliable solution for professional fabricators.

The integrated foot pedal control system ensures a stress-free operation. This allows you to keep both hands free to guide and position the material throughout the welding process. This provides you with not only added safety but full control over the alignment and feeding speed.

One guide supports three different sized closed hems, 20mm, 30mm and 40mm width, the guide can also be adjusted to produce open hems up to 100mm making it ideal for creating pole pockets and larger reinforced sections. It also handles hems with integrated piping, creating reinforced edges and a clean, professional finish where additional strength is needed.

The Leister HEMTEK ST's integrated weight system makes it possible to precisely manage the welding process by steplessly adjusting the pressure. Regardless of the type or thickness of the material, this guarantees the best possible contact between the welding roller and the material.

From now on you can quickly weld promotional banners or tarpaulins from corner to corner with ease.
