The new Leister NEXHEAT 300 A-LP is a high-performance 18V cordless hot air tool engineered for professional plastic welding, roofing, flooring and fabrication applications. Delivering up to 600W of controlled heating power with precise digital temperature adjustment from 50–500°C, it combines industrial performance with complete job-site mobility and greater freedom of movement.

Leister have designed this with safety and efficiency in mind, making it ideal for demanding job sites. Its cordless design eliminates trailing cables, significantly reducing the risk of trips and falls and creating a safer work place. This feature is especially beneficial for roofing and other elevated applications, where stability and freedom of movement are needed. By removing the need for cords and extension leads, your work area remains cleaner and less cluttered, allowing you to fully focus on the task at hand.

The NEXHEAT 300 A-LP’s precise electronic temperature control ensures consistent heat for clean, professional welds, allowing thermoplastics to fuse evenly and produce smooth, strong seams. In addition, the controlled temperature system reduces the risk of damaging sensitive materials, such as roofing membranes, flooring, or delicate plastics. With adjustable airflow settings, you can alter both the heat and air volume to suit your needs and application. 

You can work hands-free while using the NEXHEAT 300 continuously due to its locking feature, which allows it to be securely placed in a range of angles. This flexibility helps to lower fatigue and increases efficiency, is especially useful when welding huge surfaces, awkward angles, or difficult to reach places. You also have an intergrated LED light that provides enhanced visability in low light or dark work areas.
