This foam cutter has a maximum cutting length of 137cm (1,370 mm) and a height of 33cm (330 mm). and the cutting angle can be adjusted from 1° to 90° for more flexibility. With its support legs, this foam cutter is designed for standing use.
Thanks to the ball-bearing sliding mechanism, the cutting bar glides smoothly through the foam plate, which effortlessly results in a clean and precise cutting edge
The Styrofoam Hot Wire Cutting Machine is ideal for cutting insulation panels made of Styrodur, Styrofoam, and rigid polystyrene foam. With nichrome heating wire, aluminium alloy frame, and laser marking engraving workbench, the foam cutter can achieve dimensionally accurate cuts, whether straight or at an angle of 0-90°.
The movable aluminium frame makes the foam cutter lightweight and makes it easier to lift and carry on the construction site. Thanks to the ball bearing guide, the cutting rod glides smoothly through the polystyrene plate. The pre-assembled stop tabs and the depth limiter also allow for stable operation and facilitate quick repeat cuts on a whole range of rigid foam panels.
Characterized by horizontal and vertical cutting, this foam cutter helps you cut foams at various angles, including straight cut, diagonal cut, angle cut, step cut, and slot cut.
The premium adapter power supply has a waterproof rating of IP 68, suitable for indoor and outdoor work. Also, it is speedy to heat the heating wire to the cutting temperature.
