The PENWELD 500-S standard hot air gun features an updated design, producing an excellent ergonomic hand grip for ease of use over long periods of time. Slim and lightweight, this model like it's digital variant the 500-A, is capable of temperature adjustment from 60-600°C. It comes with a 3 metre light weight air hose with 310° air hose rotation, the PENWELD 500-S push-fit model is particularly well suited to harsh environments and tight spaces. The light weight high quality air hose incorporates the power lead and is robust enough for industrial environments.

Temperature is controlled via a recessed temperature setting knob in the handle which prevents settings from being unintentionally altered during operation. This increases process safety and quality of work.

As with all Leister tools, the electronic components of the PENWELD 500-S are carefully encased and protected against moisture and contamination.

All PENWELD device variations have a particularly powerful and durable heating element, capable of handling all aspects of hot air draw welding of detailed plastic tanks, air washers, pump wells etc.

Ideal for use with an external air supply such as the Leister ROBUST or AIRSTREAM 100 Industrial Process Blower or compressed supply.
